Over 53% of the world’s population lives in urban areas. At worst cities can be stressful and hectic, and at best they can be lively and inviting. But how can we design cityscapes that are accommodating to all its inhabitants and visitors? What are the basic principles of a good space, or a bad one? And finally how can we make Turku a better place?

These are all questions we’d like to hear an answer to. And we’ve invited two guest speakers to explore this topic with us.
